Reduce JPEG Files

Hello Friends,
Usually we are taking photo's with the maximum resolution (8 MP / 9 MP/ 10 MP etc). These photo's are taking lot of memory space to store them on HDD/ CD/ DVD. I was also suffering with this problem. To overcome this issue BD (Blue Ray Disk) is about to release for the public, even it will be released it will be some what expensive.
Recently I have worked on the issue to decrease the size of Jpeg files. With the two days efforts I successed to develop one small application. In this application size of the file is getting reduced near about 1/4th.
It will be very nice to reduce the Image size near about one forth to one fifth time of original Image size.
